Storage guide
Store cakes in a cool area away from direct sunlight.
If your cake contains fresh cream or cream cheese frosting, it should ideally be kept below 8°C in a fridge or eaten within 4 hours. Unless otherwise specified, cakes with other frostings are fine to be kept out of the fridge but in cool area away from direct sunlight.
Sponge cakes are best eaten within 2-3 days of delivery. Fruit cake will keep for 3 months and Madeira for 7 days.
Cake toppers are largely inedible and hardened. They last a long time if kept in dry, cool environment.
Fudges should be kept ideally in airtight container, in a cool area away from direct sunlight and will keep fine for 10-14 days.
